A national, nonpartisan movement
Moms and dads, united for children who deserve both safety and love.
Every child deserves stable, loving relationships with safe parents, and a system built to protect them. We are protective mothers and fathers working together to change family court and CPS through legislation, education and community.
Why we exist
The system was built for cases. Not for children.
Family courts and child welfare agencies were designed to resolve disputes, not to look after how children are doing years later. Too often, children lose important bonds, parents lose fair process, and survivors of abuse are not believed. The problem is structural, not personal. That means it can be changed.
What we protect
Three things every child deserves
The right to be parented
Children deserve real, active parenting from safe parents, not checkboxes and paperwork.
Safety and love, together
When both parents are safe, a child deserves meaningful relationships with each of them. When a parent is not safe, the child deserves real protection.
A child's whole future
Parents shape identity, emotional balance and resilience through their presence. Decisions should be measured by how children are doing five, ten and twenty years from now.
What we are doing
Legislation, education and community
Legislation
Supporting model family court reform bills and helping parents contact their own lawmakers.
Education
Plain-language resources on attachment research, due process and how family court works.
Community
A place where mothers and fathers support each other instead of being pitted against each other.
Our approach
A children's issue, not a political fight
We do not pit mothers against fathers. We do not demonize parents, professionals or institutions. We build bridges across communities and across the aisle, toward solutions grounded in children's long-term wellbeing.
